A Proposition 8 lawsuit has been filed. If you're interested in law and referential court documents, take a look at this PDF file, in which the terms of the lawsuit are laid out for the courts. The suit is 28 pages long. I just found it this morning and have to go to school...umm, NOW! oops so I'll be reading it in more detail later.
